ROOM RESERVATION PROCEDURE

1. Room reservation shall be made thru telephone or email.

2. Fifty percent (50%) of the total room cost is required before any reservation shall be confirmed. Acknowledgement of guest payment shall be advised upon confirmation after the bank deposit.

3. Guest room confirmation shall be emailed back or text thru mobile indicating the arrival and departure date.

4. Full payment shall be paid upon arrival/check IN at the Pension House.

CANCELLATION PROCEDURE

1. A refund of 50% total costs shall be made upon written advice from the guests for at least fifteen (15) days before check IN.

2. One hundred percent (100%) of the total deposit shall be forfeited seven (7) days before check in.

3. If the guest has already Check In and cancel his/her reservation. The total number of days room reservation  amount shall be collected from the guests.

4. Special consideration may be given in cases such as death, hospitalization, bad weather from the point of origin, Flight cancellation or any valid unforeseen situations. These shall be subject to the approval of the Pension House Manager/Owner

CHILD POLICY

0-3 Years old sharing with adults- FREE ACCOMODATION

4-7 Years old sharing with adults- 50% OF ROOM RATE

8 Years old and above- FULL RATE

Meals & other charges are full rate
